• For safety, please keep your pet on a lead and keep it as short as possible.
• ・The facility will not take any responsibility for any disputes between guests regarding pets.
• ・Please be careful not to run out into the parking lot or onto the road as it is extremely dangerous.
• ・If you do not follow the rules, you may be refused entry.
• -Do not tie it to handrails or other objects.


• *Pet carts are available for rental at the dog run reception.
• *Pets cannot be brought into the dog run to dine. Pets can be brought into the outdoor benches, open terrace seats in the berry garden, and terrace seats in the food court to dine. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, "Ryuo Dining (food court) *terrace seats excluded" and "Galleria".

Requests when bringing pets into the store

• ・When entering Shops that allows pets, please make sure to bring your pet in a carrier bag or hold it in your arms.
• ・Please be considerate of other customers.
• ・Please dispose of excrement at your own responsibility.
• ・Please be aware that pet owners are responsible for any damage caused to property, fights between pets, and damage caused to other guests.
• ・The facility will not take any responsibility for any troubles between guests caused by pets.
• - Please follow the instructions of store staff when entering the store.
• ・We may refuse entry to the store due to circumstances.
• ・When using the special shuttle Bus, please make sure to put your belongings in a carry bag before boarding.

• *They are not allowed to enter the restaurants, "Ryuo Dining (food court) *excluding terrace seats," and "Galleria." (Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed in all stores.)
• *You can dine with your pet at the following locations:

• ・Open terrace in the berry garden
• ・Food court terrace seats (if you are bringing pets to the terrace seats, please use the stairs installed outside)
