At MITSUI OUTLET PARK HOKURIKU OYABE, the stage is open to a variety of artists, including street performers, buskers, magicians, musicians and portrait artists.
Enjoy a passionate artistic experience on our large, open event stage.

We will provide our shopping mall's event stage free of charge to artists who pass the preliminary screening as a venue for their presentation.

Eligibility

●Musicians, street performers, buskers, magicians
* Open to both professionals and amateurs.
*Items that make loud noises, are dangerous, or go against public order and morals are not permitted.
●Those who can perform at least one stage between 11:00 and 18:00 (each stage is approximately 30 minutes)

How to Apply

Please enclose the following required documents and mail them to the address below.

Concerning Protection of Personal Information

The process from application to the day of the performance

1. Send the necessary documents by mail
2. Preliminary screening (performed by us)
3. We will contact those who pass the screening. (We do not accept Contact regarding the results.)
4. Coordinate schedules with those who passed the preliminary screening and discuss other details (by phone)
5. Meeting/final confirmation (on-site)

Important Notices for Appearances

●Please operate the PA and set up any rental equipment yourself. We are unable to assist you with this.
●The volume during the event will be determined in coordination with the staff MITSUI OUTLET PARK HOKURIKU OYABE.
●The scheduled date may be postponed due to weather or other circumstances on our side.
●If we decide to cancel an event even during a stage, you may be asked to stop immediately.
●Please note that there will be no appearance fee.
●All expenses must be borne by the individual.

FAQ

QIs there a waiting room?: A: We do have a waiting room, but it may not be available for rental depending on the time of year.
Q: Can you provide a PA?: AWe are unable to provide a dedicated operator.
QIs tipping available?: A: Of course. Tips are OK.
Q: Can we have an MC (host)?: A MC cannot be provided.
Q: When is the best time to carry it out?: A: It is busy from the afternoon on Saturdays, and from morning until around 4:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.

Judging Criteria

Our facility is, after all, a shopping mall. Our basic policy is to not cause any inconvenience or inconvenience to customers who wish to shop comfortably.
